Le poignet est fl\u00e9chi comme pour le revers mais vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re. Le coude est vers le bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le mouvement<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Le lancer s\u2019effectue d\u2019un mouvement sec.
